Verification
How bFunds decides which contract is the real one.
Symbols and logos can be copied by anyone. bFunds identifies every asset by chain ID and full contract address only, and requires an official issuer or exchange publication that lists that exact address.
- 1
Source
An issuer announcement, docs page or exchange listing that names the address.
- 2
Archive
The source and its archive hash are preserved so they can be checked later. Seed assertions are not official verification.
- 3
On-chain checks
Code identity and token behavior are checked at a canonical block. A technical check alone is not issuer verification.
- 4
Two reviewers
Independent source review and operation permission are separate. Synthetic test reviews cannot substitute for production approval.
You can check any address on the verify page at /verify.
