About bStocks
Issuance, custody and compliance of the underlying tokens.
bFunds does not issue the underlying securities. Testnet synthetic assets are test instruments, not issuer-backed stocks.
Issuance
Each asset's official terms must establish its token rights, backing and redemption mechanism. A symbol or seed record alone does not prove that one token represents one share.
Custody
Read the issuer's evidence for the appointed custodian and reserve arrangements. bFunds does not hold the underlying shares; direct issuer redemption depends on holder eligibility and the issuer's terms.
Compliance
- Eligibility, KYC and jurisdictional restrictions are set by the issuer.
- A verified address or route cannot bypass issuer restrictions.
- Holders do not have shareholder voting rights unless the issuer's terms say otherwise.
- Dividends and corporate actions depend on the asset's terms and supporting evidence.
Attestations
Consult any reserve attestations linked from the asset's source evidence. Missing attestations remain unknown; linking a document does not mean bFunds has audited it.
